Kate Beckinsale and Debra Messing have both been spotted in this cutout Prada dress. Who do you think wears it better? Firstly, I am not even a fan of the dress; the length is awkward, the ill-fitting shape is awkward and frumpy, and the belt looks even more awkward to boot. On both Debra and kate I think the dress just looks all-around frumpy, like something one would wear at home; yet these stars stilld are to wear such strange clothes in public. I think Debra wins by a hair because the belt is higher on her waist and at least gives her some shape and figure whereas Kate just looks completely shapeless. What do you think?
