Fashion lovers hoping for an array of elaborate superhero outfits were left disappointed as celebrities played it safe. Most stars appeared bloated and extremely tired.

Coach has announced actress Kate Bosworth as the new face of the brand’s Spring advertising campaign, which will be seen throughout Asia.

The campaign, launches March 2008 with outdoor billboards, magazines, and other vehicles.

“Kate Bosworth is the epitome of distinctive American style and poise, qualities that are synonymous with Coach,” said Reed Krakoff, President and Executive Creative Director.

“Her style is glamorous and represents the fun and whimsical spirit of our brand.”

Kate Bosworth is the new face of Calvin Klein Jeans. Bosworth was shot by David Sims in LA for the black-and-white ad campaign Vogue reports

"She is a true American beauty," Kevin Carrigan, creative director of Calvin Klein Jeans.
