"To take time out for yourself so you can engage in an activity that you really enjoy. Another is to not neglect the romance in your life. Yet another is to wear pretty lingerie if you don't want to feel schlumpy," she tells financial website BANKRATE.COM.

"Relaxing with the family, staying at home all day in pj's, cooking pancakes, swimming and hanging out in the garden would be a perfect day for me," she adds. "But I don't have enough of those days lately. I have been so busy - but it's all fun."
