NOT THE SAME
These are simply not the same dress. I don't know what Katie's is, but it's definitely not that Lhuillier. For one, the Lhuillier dress is green and made of like organza or something, and has a sheer panel at the bust. Katie's dress is black and has gold flowers at the neckline, and is quite a bit more flowy than the Monique dress.
