Fantasia and Cassie, two R&B singers, have both been spotted donning this white Diane von Furstenberg frock. Who wears it better? I like it, but I think it works better on Cassie because she makes it more feminine - Fantasia just isn't working the dress as much as she could, although I like her use of bangles; Cassie just wears it better, in my opinion. What do you think?
