Kenneth Cole to Guest Star on Ugly Betty

Classic designer Kenneth Cole is about to add one more thing to his credentials: guest star on fashion-magazine-centered show Ugly Betty.

"Cole will make a guest appearance in an episode that begins filming this week in LA. Cole will play himself, as he's honored at a lavish "Black & White" Ball being hosted by Daniel Meade and his father. The episode is set to air in October," reports Hollyscoop.
The episode is expected to air in October. Ugly Betty is one show about the fashion industry which I truly enjoy; although it's not really so much about the fashion industry. The entire plot revolves around ultra-cool fashion mag MODE, whose editor-in-chief is Daniel Meade. Ugly Betty, despite having no style, dreams of running a fashion mag one day and works as an assistant to Meade. the plot is about her adventures at work, magazine company politics/drama, and Betty's family and relationships, and is definitely a fun and sweet show to watch. I like that they're getting Kenneth Cole to guest star - he's an icon, definitely worthy of the recognition!
