In the latest edition of Who Wears It Better, designer Tory Burch and actress Ziyi Zhang have been spotted wearing the same tiered yellow and white Valentino gown. Zhnag wore it to an Oscars party back in February, but Tory was spotted wearing it just last week at the Valentino 45th anniversary extravaganza. Who does it better? Personally, I only wanted to feature these two because I think this gown is highly amusing to look at, if not completely ludicrous. Tiered gowns...not good. Opinions?
