There are some who would say that you can't really get any more innovative when it comes to beachwear. Bikinis, one piece, boy shorts...it's all been done. But there also some who would beg to differ. See Exhibit A: cut-out swimsuits, as worn by Eva Longoria and Paris Hilton:

At the very least, they're certainly...unique. And probably will make for some weird tan lines. I personally think Paris' BCBG swimsuit is kind of cool, but Eva's is a little too weird. Yea or Nay?
