Theory v. Tahari case dismissed!

Nine long months after Elie Tahari filed a lawsuit against former business partner in Theory, Andrew Rosen, the case looks like it is over, according to a breaking news alert from WWD.

"Judge Helen E. Freedman, justice in New York State Supreme Court, dismissed six claims related to the sale of Theory, but denied one that involves royalties that Tahari claimed he is owed for the sale of Theory clothing in Asia."
