According to WWD this morning, it has been reported that Kate Winslet is about to join the ranks of the countless other celebrities who have made their face part of a major marketing campaign. Rumor has it that Kate, who has never previously done any ad campaigns, is in talks with L'Oreal over a possible advertising deal for one of their brands. Personally, I think she's an excellent choice - a fantastic, sweet actress and gorgeous face. And she's one whose reputation has been relatively immaculate, rarely marred by gossip, paparazzi or scandals. An excellent move for L'Oreal- if the deal does go through.
