PRADA is looking into selling a proportion of its shares. According to Vogue UK, the luxury giant, currently 95 per cent owned by Miuccia Prada and her husband Patrizio Bertelli is looking into a Hong Kong listing. The move would help the luxury Italian label pay off its debts of approximately £867 million.
"[Next year] is a possible timeframe for listing, but it is still open," a Prada spokesman tells the Times. "A decision will be made depending on market conditions."
The company is also looking into listings in Milan, London and New York.
