Stella McCartney's Spring/Summer 10 collection was designed for "real women".
The British designer showcased a brightly colored line providing a change from her usual muted palette.
She said: "For summer, it's not about aggression or power, it's about being positive and being a real woman. For me those were real women coming down the runway."
The show attracted a star-studded audience, with Stella's father Sir Paul McCartney and his girlfriend Nancy Shevell there to support her.
Other famous faces in the crowd included Rihanna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Laura Bailey, Yasmin Le Bon, Charlotte Rampling, Princess Caroline of Monaco and daughter Charlotte Casiraghi.
Supermodel Natalia Vodianova walked the runway in a red one-shoulder piece, strutting her stuff to The Beatles' 'She's Leaving Home'.
The collection included halter-necks, mini-dresses and long frocks in pink, orange, blue, yellow, turquoise and purple.
Ruffles were featured around shoulders, while wrapover trousers, culottes, romper suits and T-shirt dresses were also big looks.
Paul said after the show: "I love everything she does. She's my baby."
